Nuke Suite Convert gives you access to the complete list of the consolidated profiles for all your communities.
You just need to create a profiling programme on Nuke Suite defining your Facebook page and your website. Fans, followers and users of your website are identified by our system, a consolidated profile gathering all user information is then built.
The profile of each user shows the social data and its various identities on the website, Facebook page or Facebook applications. The list of profiles is available from Convert / Profiles.
To go further, Nuke Suite offers a scoring programme. You will be able to define social actions to be considered and the number of points you want to associate. And, in order to get a relevant score for each user, you can cap the maximum to be considered for each action.
How to create a social scoring programme on Nuke Suite ?
1. Go to Convert / Settings
2. Select the tab Score & the programme previously created. You did not create any programme yet? Don’t panic, everything is explained here.
3. Activate social interactions to be considered on the Facebook page (likes, comment, share), on the website (Facebook Connect, like, share) or the registration to an application.
4. Define for each activated interaction on the Facebook page the number of points and their limitation : the maximum number of time action can be computed as point and the period (day, week, month, year, infinite) for the likes , comments and shares.
5. Define for each interaction on your website the number of points and their limitation:the maimum number of time action can be computed as point and the period (day, week, month, year, infinite) for Facebook Connect, likes and shares.
6. Save !
Congratulations ! Votre programme de scoring est maintenant complet.
You can now access the recorded score for each profile. The profile shows the score acquired during the current week and the total score since the program began.
You can now access the computed score for each profile. The profile shows the score cumulated over the current week and the total score since the programme began.
Notice : if you ever want to modify the programme settings after its launch, note that all new interactions done since the change will be computed using the new rules. Scores previously acquired will not be changed.
