sentiment-analysisNuke Suite’s Sentiment Analysis helps you to manage your reputation and identify opportunities by labelling comment. You have the ability to define through the newsfeed sentiment of comments, mentions and all other contents coming from users.

Go to Answer, from the Newsfeed you can define each content sentiment. Click on the smiley from the action bar : select the positive :-), neutral 😐 or negative 🙁 icon according to your judgement.

The content qualification is shared among all users who access the account. Then, when a team member is qualifying content, all the team can see if the content is positive or not.

To maximise the content qualification, you can also label all pieces of content.
