Connecting Zapier to Nuke Suite

Zapier is a service that helps to automate tasks between two or more apps.

Zapier connects all the major tools used by online marketers such as Google tools, social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), Salesforce, Mailchimp, Dropbox, Hubspot, Trello, Jira etc. Here is a complete list of available apps

You can connect Nuke Suite to Zapier to transform user information collected from the forms of our apps. For instance, you will be able to send personalised emails to app participants or send to your CRM tools their data.

Here are the steps to set-up a connection (to a Google Spreasheet in our example) :

Step 1: Request an invitation to use Nuke Suite with Zapier

As we are in beta, connecting Nuke Suite with Zapier requires an invitation. Contact us to get an access.

Step 2: Login to Zapier or create an account

Once we provide you an access, go to Zapier.com and login or create an account (on this page). It’s free to create an account, you can use up to 5 Zaps with a free account.

Step 3: Create a Zap

Go to Zapier Dashboard and click on create a Zap

Step 4: Set up Nuke Suite app

Select Nuke Suite app, authenticate using your Nuke Suite credentials and validate the permission. If you have already some data available in Nuke Suite, you can test at this step the data are correctly fetched. Click on Continue.

Step 5: Select the app to use with Nuke Suite

Select a second app, which will received the data : Google Spreadsheet for example.

Step 6: Define what action to realise with the second app

Select if you want to Update spreadsheet row or Create a new one.

Step 7: Authenticate for the second app on Zapier

Authenticate using the Google credentials for the account required.

Step 8: Define all parameters for the second app actions

Define Spreadsheet and Worksheet you want the data to be written in. Once you validate, the columns of the selected worksheet appears. You can then define for each column of your worksheet the data you want to be written. Select the data for each column.

Step 9: Set your Zap online

Now you can name and set Zap online !

Step 10: Create an applications on Nuke Suite

You can then create an app using Nuke Suite’s Enrich tool.

You can access the connected Zapier account from the section Profile in Nuke Suite. You are able to remove the connection if needed.
